What Varianthuset is to us

A place that reflects how we work

Openness, professional curiosity and low thresholds for asking each other questions. We cheer each other on, lift each other up, and step up where needed. That is the culture we want the house to be characterized by – even when there are others besides us there.

A gathering place for people who want to develop society with technology

We invite people, teams, professional communities and customers to use Varianthuset for events, workshops, meetups and kickoffs. Not to fill a big house – but because we become better professionals by meeting people who work on related things. And better professionals create better solutions for the people and businesses we work for.

A place to share with complementary companies

We have permanent office spaces for one company that complements us professionally – someone who is good at what we are not. We work with digitalization through project management, product management, development and design. We believe digitalization is better when more disciplines help shape it. We are thinking in particular about management, HR and communication – but are open to the possibility that there may be something we have not thought of.

What is happening at Varianthuset

The Variant House is used regularly – by us, by customers, by professional communities we are a part of, and by people who do something we want to learn more about.

Do you want to use Varianthuset

We like it when the house is in use. It is free for customers, professionals and people we work with to hold events here.

Examples of what we are happy to host:

• Kickoff for new projects
• Sprint planning or retrospectives with teams you are a part of
• Workshops, courses or professional gatherings
• Meetups in professional environments we are a part of
• Networking meetings

The premises accommodate everything from small meeting rooms to common rooms with space for 50 people.

Office space

We have room for one more company, permanently in Varianthuset.

We work with digitalization through strategy, project management, product management, development and design. There are plenty of things we don't do, and we believe digitalization is better when multiple disciplines help shape it.

We are especially looking for a small company or team of 5–6 people, who work with management, HR or communication. But if you read this and think that you are doing something that fits without being quite what we have written, get in touch anyway. We are open to the fact that it may be something we have not thought of.

This is not a rental advertisement. We choose based on whether we think it will be good for both of you.

• Social zones and communal kitchen
• Podcast studio with professional technical setup
• Local coffee and tea from Langøra Kaffebrenneri and Gravraak Teateliér

Capacity: Up to 50 people for larger events.
